The property, the net floor area of about 81 square meters, is divided into a mezzanine floor, which is reached via an outside staircase directly connected to the pedestrian thoroughfare of Via della Chiesa. Is accessed, then, on the first floor through an entrance door (original 1600) to a large living-dining room with fireplace, on the right a double bedroom with bath on the left is accessed, however, in succession, to a sitting area, bathroom and bedroom as well with a bath. A wooden ladder leads then to the attic where there are a bathroom and another room. All doors and locks are also original, as well as the furniture is deliberately poor with items vintage. It is noted that the structure is inserted in the ‘ Albergo Diffuso managed by Soc. Sextantio and therefore, when not in use can be made income.
